Key Lime Pie

I have to apologize for my lack of posting lately. Hopefully the great recipe I am posting will make up for it!
This is the easiest recipe for Key Lime Pie ever, and it tastes wonderful and refreshing. Hope you enjoy!

Key Lime Pie
5 egg yolks, beaten
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lime juice
1 drop green food coloring
1 prepared graham cracker pie crust

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together egg yolks and condensed milk. Stir in lime juice and food coloring. Poor into prepared pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.

Mari,

The recipe for Key Lime pie sounds delicious. I have never made one before but it sounds easy enough. I think I'll give it a try.

Now I'm going to check to see if I've read your most recent posts. It's been a while since I've visited. Things have been hectic here.

Take care and have a great evening.
Blessings,
mary

I'm going to have to try this soon...it's one of my husbands favorites but I've never made it for him. That's for sharing the recipe.
