When I make a roast, I always buy a large one so I have leftovers. This recipe is one of my family's favorite ways to use them.
BBQ Beef
2 cups shredded, cooked beef
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup vinegar
4 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 teaspoons packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Heat all ingredients, except beef to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir roast into sauce and serve on buns.
*This can be made ahead and kept warm in the crockpot.

Yum. This is one of my favorites!
This recipe is similar to one that I make for my family. I like the idea of keeping in a crockpot...for some reason, I've never thought of doing that. I'll put this recipe in my files and give it a try. Thanks and I've joined as a follower...please come by and visit me when you have a chance.
Mmmm, this sounds and looks delicious! Let me know when you make another one-- I'll be right over!
Thanks for stopping by my blog... I do have a great orange chicken recipe... it tastes just like PF Chang's!
